The last project I worked on was a collaberative effort between myself and the pastor of Crosspoint Baptist Church in Souderton, Pa.  The goal of the project was to create a course for the Pastor to use to teach new church members the tenants of the church's faith as well as doctrinal issues they deemed important for new members to understand as well as agree with.

The project was completed by delivering a New Members Handbook as well as a New Members Syllabus.  The information included in the handbook and the syllabus was developed through discussions held with the Pastor as well as using the church's by-laws.  The handbook included questions meant to be answered by the students both in class and outside of class so as to demonstrate their understanding of the subject matter.  Finally, as a part of the deliverables, a questionare was developed for the pastor to use as a way to determine how well the class was received as well as the content suitibility.  Both are areas to be evaluated by the students to determine potential future course changes.
