Training Specialist.  What is a training specialist?  Ask 5 people and you will get 5 different answers but what I am is somebody who can speak two languages, instructional design and training delivery.  My skill set has been finely honed over 20 years of classroom management and adult education while seeking higher education in Instructional design. I use my background in military adult education, a graduate education in learning needs assessment and instructional design, as well as my experience from the military defense contracting sector to ensure every training need will be sought out, addressed and designed for.  I'm familiar with instructional design models, ADDIE, for program development and motivation models, ARCS.  This, coupled with a strong research, analysis and evaluation skill set leads to one place; success for you and your company.
